Who we are
Loom Forge Studios is an independent software and hardware studio. For anything on this page, contact us at [email protected].
The contact form
If you send us a message we receive your name, your email address, the topic you picked and the message itself. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.
The form includes a hidden field that real people never fill in. If it comes back filled, the submission is discarded as automated. That check happens on our server and involves no third party.
Analytics
Analytics is not currently running on this site. If that changes, this section will describe exactly what is collected before it is switched on.
You can block it with any content blocker or by turning on Do Not Track. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Hosting and logs
The site is served as static files through a content delivery network. Like any web server, it keeps short-lived request logs containing IP addresses for security and abuse handling. We do not mine them.
Things this site does not do
No advertising pixels. No cross-site tracking. No session recording or heatmaps. No selling or sharing of personal data. No accounts, so nothing to leak.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser including your IP address when a page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker prevents it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will act on it within 30 days.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
